Online marketing blog finds Jollibee site’s ‘dirty tricks’

INQ7.net picks up on the issue first exposed by this blog. This blog reveals that some parts of the Jollibee corporate website uses “hidden text” within a web page to increase the website’s search ranking in Google.

While Jollibee is not exactly violating any laws here, Google’s strict guidelines discourages hidden text and other “black hat tricks.” Websites found violating this guideline will be banned from Google’s search index.
