Business process outsourcing operator TeleTech Holdings has appointed Maulik Parekh as its new vice president and general manager for the Philippines.
Parekh will be replacing Craig Reines, who himself has been appointed as the company’s general manager for developing markets.

Microsoft Philippines has also expanded its program for students, as it refocused a defunct program on developing more programmers and Windows IT professionals.
MICROSOFT Philippines has dropped a program designed to provide information and communications technology and business management skills training to outstanding student leaders, a local official told INQ7.net.
The local subsidiary’s Microsoft Varsity has been providing training to outstanding student leaders from private schools and universities. These students become ambassadors who will impart the skills to public school teachers and students.
