Good English seen landing high school grads call center jobs

The Commission on Information and Communications Technology hopes to encourage high school graduates to consider call center jobs. Its chief says that with proper training, they can help the supply the industry with good and capable agents. This somehow implies that you don’t need a College degree to work in a call center 😉
